4 Account Security

cb66 will not be liable for any loss to an account caused by user negligence. However, cb66 will provide full assistance in cases of confirmed technical errors.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds on cb66:

• bKash — Mobile Banking
• Nagad — Mobile Banking
• Rocket — Mobile Banking
• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. This limit applies to all methods. Deposited funds are generally added to the account within a few minutes.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Once processing of a withdrawal request has begun, it may not be possible to cancel it.

• Withdrawals are faster for accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.

5.3 Currency

All transactions on cb66 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). cb66 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges on the user's payment method.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on cb66 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The minimum deposit to qualify for the bonus is ৳100.

For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,000 → Total Balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (capped at the maximum limit) → Total Balance ৳32,000

6.2 Wagering Requirement

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds become withdrawable. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus.

For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses must be claimed through cb66's official channels only.
• Each bonus offer may be used only once per user.
• cb66 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, cb66 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• Bonuses do not apply to professional betting syndicates or group betting.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 General Gaming Terms

All games on cb66 are operated by a certified and fair Random Number Generator (RNG). The outcome of each game is entirely independent and does not depend on the result of any previous game.

7.2 Betting Limits

7.3 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to a server outage, network issue, or other technical reason, cb66 will cancel that round and refund the staked amount. However, the results of games that have completed normally will not be changed.

Specific rules apply when placing bets on markets for all sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the relevant stake will be refunded. The final decision on the settlement of any market rests with cb66.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software
